RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for returns.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Return Shipping: All Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking details once available.

4. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be processed for the item(s) cost minus any applicable shipping charges.

5. Exchanges: Customers may opt for an exchange of items of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs more, the price difference will apply.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or damaged are ineligible for returns.
