EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility: Exchanges are available for unused and unaltered items within 20 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for an exchange.

3. Exchange Shipping: All customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking details once available.

4. New Item Selection: Customers can opt for an exchange of items of equal or less value. If the new item costs more, the price difference will apply.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or damaged are not eligible for exchanges.

Accessories and promotional items received with the purchase cannot be exchanged.

We will promptly arrange for an exchange or replacement.
